Hello!

Hi, I’m Sara; and I’ve lived on both sides of the healing process.
I became a therapist not just to talk about mental health, but to change how people experience it. For years, I’ve worked with teens and young adults who felt overwhelmed, misdiagnosed, or dismissed. I’ve sat across from athletes struggling silently with anxiety. And I’ve stood with LGBTQIA+ clients navigating identity shifts, family pressure, and burnout in systems that often don’t get it.
My approach is built on real talk, real tools, and real transformation; no fluff, no judgment. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, burnout, or an unexpected life transition, my job is to help you find clarity, build emotional resilience, and move forward with intention.
What Makes Tenacious CLE Different?
🧠 Evidence-based meets real-world. I combine clinical insight with lived experience, sports performance tools, and strength-based strategy.
🎯 Goal-oriented therapy. We’ll focus on what matters to you—your mental health, your performance, your identity;not just your symptoms.
🧭 Inclusive, trauma-informed care. You are welcome here. Fully. Your voice matters, and your story doesn’t have to fit a box.
